Align Midstream Partners II announced its sale in September of 2022 to Momentum Midstream. Align II consisted of over 600 MMSCFD of amine treating, 20,000 HP of compression, dehydration, and over 200 miles of pipelines located in Panola, Harrison, Rusk, and Angelina counties in Texas. These key assets connected natural gas supply to key downstream pipelines serving the growing Haynesville shale basin. Align II is the second successful partnership for the management team and Tailwater Capital.
Align Midstream Partners I was sold in October of 2017 to Enable Midstream. Align Midstream Partners I consisted of a 100-million cubic feet per day cryogenic natural gas processing plant in Panola, Texas, and approximately 200 miles of rich and dry natural gas gathering pipelines across Rusk, Panola and Shelby counties in Texas and DeSoto Parish in Louisiana.
